Supporting families who find themselves without the guidance of an agency to help them navigate the complex system of supports and funding that is potentially available to help their son or daughter with physical, developmental, intellectual or neurological exceptionalities become the best version of themselves. An engaging, contributing member of their community, with as much independence as possible, in whatever shape or form that takes for the individual.
